It can be an error by plateau ("high plain"), mesta ("medieval Spanish livestock organization") or perhaps another trolling of removing the /ñ/ and consult in feminine by mesteño .

Error by bocatoreño ("gentilicio de Bocas del Toro") .

prueba introtécnica
  18

I was going to suggest a visit to 'test' ('examination', 'check') and 'introtechnical'. . . but it turns out that this does not exist. I started looking for it on the web and it appears on some sites like " . . . technical intro . . . " which would be a fragment of a longer text and so loose does not make sense. It also appears as 'introtechnical', but it is not only as a noun (in the query it is an adjective) but it seems an invention by "introspective technique" within unreliable pages.
