It is a name used in urban planning for a small semi-closed, residential and commercial neighborhood, with pedestrian streets or limited to the vehicles of its inhabitants. It has no more than 400 or 500 meters of side to facilitate your walking tour, with the idea that neighbors do not need to use cars to get daily supplies.
