galifardo 8
1º_ As a noun it is an uncommon word for "threadbare garment, worn, worn out". 2º_ As an adjective it is a "lazy, scoundrel, living" which can be associated with the previous meaning because of the appearance of vagabonds and beggars; or come from the word galfarro as a derogatory , which among its meanings has "person of bad living", so the latter could also be an origin for the former 129300; . I think there are also variants like galafate and galafardo. See suffix -ardo , galavardo , balagardo .
