INDEPENDENT-SOCIALIST in Chile: the way out of the street violence, called Social Outburst, unleashed on October 18, 2020 and promoted by the PC, was to call an entry plebiscite to decide whether to approve or reject the creation of a new political Constitution. It was approved with more than 70%. 155 people were elected on May 15 and 16, 2021, in a new election of an unprecedented two-day period (to reduce coronavirus infections) to form the Constituent Assembly, whose express function is to draft the text. As the political class has a 2% popular approval, there were many independents, who in a good percentage adhered to the list of some party or conglomerate, which was related to their political convictions. In this way the independent-socialists, independents-broad front, independents-Vamos por Chile, independents-DC, independent-PC were created. It was thought , given the system of distribution figure that would be applied that it was the only way that an independent could be elected , because the votes of each independent were not added as if it happened in the case of party lists. But it happened that the vote obtained by those who were going as independents alone, that they won more seats than all the parties, was so huge. The left and far left together won more than 2/3 of the seats. The convention became operational on July 4, 2021 and has a maximum term of one year. The year 2022 is scheduled the vote of the exit plebiscite, which must approve or reject this new Magna Carta
