Own set of the Centre and South of the peninsula which is made with bread hard esmigado and chipping, moistened with a little water, salt, paprika, oregano and a pinch of cinnamon. After being at rest hours are fried in hot olive oil well mulling non-stop with wooden spoon for 5 minutes at least, oil that we have previously fried some garlic, a few rashers of bacon, sliced chorizo, marinated ribs, according to the sites. This golden and hot bread is eaten mixed with grapes or pomegranate seeds, slices of Tangerine in a clay pot or a good Bowl. It has calories but it is yummy.
