1º_ The migas is a dish that is prepared in the Iberian Peninsula, although there are variants in Latin America. They are similar to crotons, as stale bread cut into cubes, and served with meats and vegetables. It is in principle a rural meal, which is shared among several diners who often also participate in its preparation.
