It is the name of a typical and common dish in the city of Cordoba, (Autonomous Community of Andalusia, in Spain). It consists of a thick soup or cream prepared with breadcrumbs, garlic, olive oil, salt, and tomatoes. It is also the name of a sauce used in typical dishes of the Canary Islands.
