It is the great difference between rich and poor, or developed countries and developing. In the first there is industrial development, training and primary needs, technological advances have and their income on benefits can reinvest to its people, in addition to having excellent media. There is illiteracy, extreme poverty in poor countries, the primary needs are not covered, there is no access to technology and media are scarce.
