wacatay is incorrectly written, and should be written as "Guacatay" as meaning: It should better say guacatay. This name of quechua origin is known in Peru to grass Tagetes minuta, from the family of Asteraceae. You can also find it is with other names, such as epazote, stinking grass, Holy grass, black Mint and aymara wacataya. Its aroma is very penetrating, mixture of mint, basil, lemon and tarragon. Its perfume makers are some tiny orange dots, located on the edges of the leaves, where its essential oils are concentrated.
