The guamara is an ancient plant that is located in the State of Sinaloa, the history of this plant dates back to the time of pirates, it used the fruit of this plant as a food since it is rich in vitamins and minerals, to not have refrigeration systems meats and other foods they damaged so that they ate the guamara and this allowed them to be healthy and free from diseases. The guamara is similar to Aloe or agave and the fruit is somewhat sour, it is very representative in Sinaloa.
