Derived from the Greek word: an-: negative prefix and ouron ourou: urine ( without urine ). It is the inability to urinate or producing urine. It may be by a renal problem ( inability of the kidneys to produce urine ) or by an obstacle in the ducts, such as kidney stones. In this regard I recall that ready, when I was a kid, it was said that the Raptors that ill-treating an animal, like a hedgehog, and then ate it is, could not pee on a time.
