Sweet like French toast, made with flour, eggs and sugar, and fried in olive oil. It is made and consumed in ready and nearby areas before Lent. The fiyuela-shaped ellipse. If it goes through a hole in the Center becomes doughnut. Also you can become a maragato if you take the human form.
