It's clear that it's not a real phobia, but a joke out of the "fear of a father-in-law". The most obvious clue appears in its etymology, since socer, i is not Greek as in any phobia, it is Latin and means "father-in-law". If it could exist, perhaps it would be called kedestephobia, by 954; 951; 948; 949; 963; 964; 951; 962; (kedestés, "father-in-law"). See -phobia, penteraphobia ("fear of mother-in-law").
