It is a neologism as far-fetched as it is ingenious, used in Colombia, Venezuela and other countries in the region for someone who ignores or despises the company of others, who makes his life without caring what happens around him. It was created from the expression "stop balls" ("listen, attend to something or someone") associated with another technical voice (only by phonetic similarity) as "parabolic", attached to the prefix anti- ("that denies or opposes").
