I add to the other published meanings that 'cachar' is "catch" and shares its sense of "deceive, mock". It is a Castilianization of the English catch ("seize, capture, catch"). And also, although it is not used much, it is a euphemism for "shit". See "me cache en die", cachear (which is its synonym in some meanings).
