It means solid waste, waste. It is any type of waste, residue or waste left over from any domestic or commercial activity. What remains, which is not used or which does not work. Which supposedly lacks value or importance. In Colombia it is also everything that is said and not that has no importance: cart, straw. Much of it can be recycled.
