It was also known as Etra, teia or Tea. In Greek mythology it was one of the Titanides, from which all light comes. She was the mother of Selene (The Moon), a product of her relationship with Hyperion. Another denomination he received was Etra. Name of a hypothetical primitive planet, of our solar system, which when colliding with the Earth, with its debris formed the Moon.
