The etymology is Tagahl, although there is no certainty whether it comes from bulaklak ("flower"), or from bulak ("cotton", "slime"). 2º_ Buracan, bulacán or bura is a common name for several plants in the Philippines. 3º_ In Buenos Aires (Argentina) it is a word invented as a mockery of Club Atlético Huracán de fútbol, because it descended to the category of First Division B, and in the memes its classic rivals changed the classic /H/ of its shield for a /B/.
