garfá
  21

In reality it does not exist in Spanish, it could be a vulgar form of "garfar" or "garfada", which would be other vulgarisms for garfear ("manotear", for "taking something the animal with the garfas" ), or some of its inflections, and of garfeada ("manoteada portion of something, usually to the brute").
