It is one of the many colloquial terms that we use in Colombia as well as cabizbundo, meditabajo, refers to someone who is very depressed. It is a mixture of meditabundo and cabizbajo, as in the case of cabizbundo, which means cabizbajo and meditabundo. Very sad, grieving.
