It would actually be the "irrational fear of wheels, of whatever has wheels or their circular shape", but also the "fear of repetitive sequences". The "fear of bicycles" began as an irony, a humorous by the daring (almost suicidal) way in which cyclists behave on the streets, and the fear they provoke to motorists who have to avoid them.
