hombre 73
'Man' is understood as a member of the human species, although a reverse etymological fallacy is still maintained by which it is considered a synonym for male, as relative to masculinity. It is not wrong to use it like this, but as a generic it includes the woman. This word comes from the Latin homo, inis ("man").
