Danilo Enrique Noreña Benítez

interdicción
  44

It is a legal process by which it is declared that a person is incapable of making his own decisions at the legal level. It states that he does not have the capacity to exercise his rights. Through this process a judge is given power to someone very close to him to represent him and make decisions that help him to lead a dignified life. In essence it is to choose a healer or protector. It can be declared total or partial. In many cases it is something very necessary, for example in cases of severe mental retardation.
