PLAY THE CAÑA run reeds, Popular game in Spain between the sixteenth to eighteenth centuries that was performed, usually by nobles, in the main squares and consisting of riding horses with reeds and shields, and then forming rows of combat that attacked each other. The escapes had to be carried out in circles or semicircles and then resume the formation.
