Diminutive and plural of stick. Short, thin pieces of wood. By extension pieces of cheese that have the same short and thin shape (in this case they can also be called fingers, cheese fingers). In Colombia colloquially it is the way to call the train whose locomotive is black, old and uses coal as fuel. It is also the name of a bread made with cheese that is elongated and thin.
