BOLSON TAURINO event created by the ranchers of Salamanca in the famous Modern café, pars help the trunks that came without resources and that were interested in bulls. They instituted a bullfighting contest and the winner participated in the bullring for the first time, uninterrupted since then, in 1956. Other ranchers were incorporated over time and today is part of the annual carnival.
