In Colombia it is the same as saus or saus. They are other common and popular ways to call a tree. It is the tree best known as willow. Its scientific name is Salix humboldtii, for the most common species among us, as there are almost 400 species. It is from the genus Salix and the family Salicaceae. It is also a way of calling the King of Cooking, also called Zausu, the most famous Chef among animes.
