gypsophila 35
Gypsophila : Gender of crawling and clustered plants of arid and plastery slopes such as those of the southeastern part of Madrid. Linnaeus gave them the name for his apparent prefisical plaster, in Greek gypsies. By the hill of Almodóvar, near my neighborhood, you can see the gypsophila struthium, which they also call albalda, jabuna, soap, soapy grass or soapbox of la Mancha, because before they used it for this purpose.
