It is one of the ways as call the Hibiscus in Ecuador and Peru. It is an ornamental shrub. In Colombia we say San Joaquin, cayeno or bunch. Its scientific name is Hibiscus rosa-sinensis and belongs to the family Malvaceae. It also receives other names such as papo, poppy, flower of Jamaica, Cayenne.
