From the Greek Theos, God and nomos, custom, standard, law. It has its basis in God. Nominalism of William of Ockham is a philosophy teonoma which makes dependent on everything, the essence of the real and the moral standards of the will of God. If God had wanted that the murder was good, it would be good. This theological voluntarism is an application of general volunteerism that gives priority to the will of the intellect.
