Congolo or congolo is a fruit of a plant of the family Cucurbitaceae, like passion fruit and passion fruit, but fruit in small smaller spheres, with a diameter of 3 to 5 cm. It is edible and very nice, similar to the banana Passionfruit flavor. Colombia is also the name of a tree in the family Lecythidaceae, which also receives other common names such as: tinajito, coquito, carapelo, burillon, amarilon, caobilla, cachimbo. The seed, for elaboration of beautiful crafts is desired. Some also tells bulls-eye or eye of deer, congolo, or congolo to a tree of the Fabaceae family, whose scientific name is Mucuna mutisiana, which is also used in production of handicrafts. .
