The nature is a typical dish from the Llanos examining. It is basically dry, salt and shredded, meat of capybara, (also called capybara, capybara capybara) with egg. The meat has been dried and salted previously in blocks called. Nature is also done with other meats that may shred or fray and you can add spices and ingredients to taste (Toyo, cachirre, lapa, Armadillo, chicken). This meat or nature can be used even as filling of empanadas, arepas, or cakes.
