It is the person who is engaged in bundling or tying the bales with tape, usually plastic. In Colombia we also say enzunchadores. It is also the unit that supplies the tapes leg baling, wrapper. Colombia is used as strapping or trackless, to designate the device that supplies the tapes metallic (very sharp) for baling loads or bales of cotton, cardboard or paper.
