acronia is incorrectly written, and should be written as "Acronia" being its meaning: The correct term is Acronia ( is a latin word and has no tilde ). It is a new genus of orchids that are found from Mexico to Brazil. Replaces the former subgenus Acianthera of the genus Pleurothallis called.
