It is a sport that was born in California in 1969, pretending to emulate motocross, but cycling. You can do tricks in the air and place the foot on Earth, it is obviously not the purpose, because this is the speed or achieve the shortest time on track. The track is about 300 meters and has bumps, camber, obstacles and curves. An initial platform tilted as impulse area is currently used. The wheels of the bikes are small. The sport also is known as BMX. It is different from mountain biking, cyclo-cross and Down Hill, which are to field cross-country.
