Reportedly, Taxoguil or taxohuil. It is the same as frijolada or frejolada. Mexican dish of beans, pork, and seasonings. It is typical of Veracruz and Oaxaca and consumed at parties and weddings. In Colombia we say frijolada and consumed almost every day, the difference is you are not spicy.
