It is a proper name, it is the Virgen del Coro the patron saint of the city of San Sebastian Gipuzkoa Basque Country Spain . The Basilica of the city is called the Basilica of Santa María (del Coro) since it is its Virgin, when leaving the Church there is a street with this name in Basque Koruko andra Mari Birjinia (this last word I don't know if it is correctly spelled in Basque it means VirginIn Basque it is written with K and you can say Koro or Koruko
