Cabotage is the traffic of goods in the jurisdictional area of a country. It is a term purely commercial, political economy, which is used to define the traffic ( 41 goods transport; in a country economically organized. It is not possible to confuse the cabotage with some kind of maritime or aerial navigation; If it is possible to navigate in cabotage, i.e., sail transporting goods within the jurisdiction of a country.
