The phrase is correct, from the grammatical point of view, but the statement is not true. Birds have favorite foods, which are not strictly "medicinal". Wheat is one of the favorite foods of the birds and, however, cannot be considered "medicinal". It is good; is healthy; but it is not "medicinal". With regard to the type of foods mentioned in the context as "antioxidants", it is necessary to clarify that a product "anrtioxidante" is highly healthy, but neither can be considered strictly medicinal. It is a product that reduces the tiredness and fatigue of the physical body and is even very healthy to restore the vitality of cells, and their ability to keep young. It is an excellent food supplement, but it is not a medicine. Among the fruits that have this high antioxidant component, are strawberries, raspberries and, especially, the cranberries, also known by its medieval name "sloe" wild fruit. Birds, certainly, know that these fruits are very healthy for the body of any land animal. They eat it; I like them. But it is not of medicinal product.
