Aurora, alba: in Roman mythology, Aurora is the deity personifying the dawn. It is a lovely woman who flies through the sky to announce the arrival of the Sun. His brothers are the Sun and the moon. He had several children; four of his sons are the winds of the North, South, East, and West. According to the myth, tears spilling while flying through the sky crying for one of his sons was killed are the morning dew.
