meuniere
  37

good Meunière is a French word meaning molinera or woman of the Miller was thus called to women working the mills in France, which were used much for milling and processing of grains and other foods, is there where it comes from the name of a dish called fish to the Meunière, but actually I think that the correct name would be Poisson à the Meunièreque would mean Spanish fish Miller style ( )because it is nothing more than a fish or fish fillet floured, dorado ( or fried ) and a sauce made with butter, lemon juice and chopped parsley. Something simple for a name so bombastic, but well the thing is, I hope that this humble definition serve them or at least closer to what you are looking for...
