This expression is very used in the departments of Santander and Norte de Santander in Colombia. Is mainly used to hurry to a friend: "Come on hand that are already six and we're retarded ". The expression arises because these departments is the word " 34 hand; means friend, key; or to refer to a friend who is like a brother.
