A Zafarache is the local term of la Ribera del Ebro that is used to describe an fishery. A fishery is a receptacle excavated in land of shapes and sizes different ( 1 to 2 m diameter circular or rectangular section with a surface that could reach up to 10 x 3 m ) next to a channel of water, usually a ditch, allowing input and continuous output of water to keep alive inside fishing captured until the time of being sold.
