It's a colloquial way of calling the police and surveillance bodies. They also say tomba, chota, COP, law. Vigilantes. Yuta is also the name of a Japanese singer Yuta Nakamoto). Yuta or jute is a natural fibre extracted from various plants. Yuta in some countries is flown (elope, castrate) classes, fleeing the school.
