Volga in addition to being the name of the largest river of the European continent, is the name of an economic Region in Russia (also called Povolzhie) and another in Bulgaria (also called Kamar or Bolgar), is the name of a plateau and a hills in Russia, in polesden s of Kazan, Tatarstan. It is also the name of two cities in the United States, one in the State of Iowa and one in South Dakota. It is also the name of one of the many asterioides of the belt of asteroids (1149).
