In Ornithology, it is the name of a genus of Passerine Birds and the name of an American migratory avecilla and observed seasonally in central Colombia. They belong to the family Vireonidae. They are also known as Verderon, Julian, Chibí Julian, Juruviara or Chibí. The scientific name of one of the most representative species is Vireo olivaceus.
