Ancient name of an Order of herbaceous and woody plants. Currently they are classified as Rosales Order and the Rosidae subclass.
Urticales : Order of tree dicotyledonous or herbaceous plants, flowers with perigonium of 4 to 6 tepals, androceo with equal number of stamens, ovary of a single cavity with a single egg and nuciform fruit with a seed.
