Ouabonis, Ouaboni, Uabonis, Maroni Marouni, Marowijne are names of a South River border between French Guiana and Suriname. Born in the Tumuk Humak mountains. It is also called Lawa or Marouini. It is a very deep river and empties into the Atlantic Ocean. The Uabonis River is located in an area in dispute between French Guiana and Suriname.
