It is a way to call the cattails or Reed flower inflorescence. It is one of the common names of the Cattail or bulrush, whose scientific name is Typha angustifolia, of the Thyphaceae family. Also known as rushes, enea, straw mat, junco, vato, vatros. Name of a Bolivian company dedicated to handicrafts with totora.
