Republic Moldova pridnestroviana, area of Moldova between Niesper River and Ukraine, declared independent in 1992 with the support of Russia with slightly less than half a million of pro-Russian inhabitants from the rest of Moldovan pro-rumanos. Only recognized by Abkhazia, Nagorno-Karabakh and South Ossetia problem somewhat similar to the Catalan to hide a background of corruption and economic interests and perhaps also some linguistico-religioso ethnic conflict.
